Bing & Grondahl Easter Plates

The Bing & Grondahl Easter plate series was started in 1910 due to the great success of the Christmas plate series. The Easter plates are concave and many feature religious scenes. The plates were designed by some of the top artists working at the factory. This series did not catch on as well as the Christmas plates and for this reason they were discontinued in 1935. All plates measure 7 3/8" in diameter.
